Context that carries forward

Patients shouldn’t have to start their story over at every appointment.

Providers shouldn’t have to reconstruct it from scratch each time.

Neverlost carries the larger story forward, prepares the information that matters for the visit, and keeps it connected to the original evidence.

The encounter problem

Two perspectives. One 20-minute visit.

The patient is thinking

“I need you to understand two years of problems, symptoms, changes, and what I’ve already tried.”

The provider is thinking

“I need to understand two years of problems, symptoms, changes, and what’s already been done.”

All in a 20-minute visit.

That can create pain on both sides.

Neither side is the problem.

Neverlost is built to carry the larger story forward, prepare what matters for the encounter in front of them, and keep the deeper context available when it is needed.

Neverlost V2

Evidence analysis with the larger story still attached.

Neverlost V2 brings source-linked evidence into a live analysis workflow where information can be organized, prioritized, reviewed, and synthesized without throwing away where it came from.

Case Navigator

AI proposes. Human decides.

Case Navigator explores the review side of the system. AI can propose structured findings, but a person can accept, edit, reject, or hold them before reviewed information becomes part of the case.

Patient advocacy — Initial focus

Better appointments start before the appointment.

A patient should not have to walk into an important appointment hoping they remember everything that matters.

Neverlost’s patient-advocacy model is persistent memory prepared before the visit. Less rushing to reconstruct the story, less forgetting what matters, and more continuity from one appointment to the next.

The software prepares the advocate. The advocate prepares the patient. The provider cares for the patient.

About

Why I built Neverlost

I began with a question:

What happened to me?

As my own health situation became more complicated, I spent years trying to understand it. Eventually, more people began holding different pieces of the answer.

The problem changed.

Every new provider, system, application, insurance question, or major decision could require some version of the story to be reconstructed again.

The question became larger than my own case:

What would it look like if the context carried forward?

Neverlost is where I started trying to build an answer to that problem.

Customer discovery

Let us hear your story.

Neverlost is looking for conversations with patients, healthcare professionals, researchers, and organizations that deal with the same basic problem:

Important context exists, but too much of it has to be reconstructed before it can be used.

Tell us your story

If you’ve had to repeat your health history, keep track of scattered information, or walk into appointments worried that something important will be missed, we want to hear what that experience has been like.
